Description
In Molfetta we call them “Pric o Prac”: they are our peppers in oil, prepared according to an ancient local tradition. Their onomatopoeic name derives from the sound of the scissors when cutting the peppers into very small “confetti”. Serve them as an appetizer, for brunch, as a side dish or as a tasty aperitif on bruschetta, puccia and frise. Delight your diners!
